If you run low on any side dish, you can refill it yourself at the self-serve bar. Broth and instant noodles can also be refilled endlessly anytime you ask a staff member. My husband went for the large namjatang size, which comes with a more generous portion. Our ordered Suncheon hangover soup arrived. The large namjatang stood out just from its serving vessel — it came on a wooden stand, which felt fancier. It was a good spicy — the kind that's delicious even for someone like me who isn't great with spice. There are big chunks of pork bone meat inside. Dipping the meat in the special sauce is delicious. The meat was tender with no chewy bits, probably from being slow-boiled. We visited around 11am and had no trouble finding a spot. The pork bone meat was well seasoned with the broth. There was even dumpling dough (sujebi) mixed into the namjatang, adding a nice variety of textures.
