Apparently Moshi Moshi has been loved in Busan for a long time, running directly-operated branches at Busan National University, Gwangbok, and now Dongnae. Every piece was fresh with great harmony between the rice and fish — really tasty! We got to choose the noodle course, and we went with warm udon! It came generously piled on one plate, and I loved how clean and light the flavor of the white fish came through. The three kinds of tempura that came with it were great too — crispy on the outside, moist inside, like freshly fried, and paired well with the Japanese food.
