Every side dish here was delicious~ 👍 I especially love bean sprouts, and the seasoned bean sprouts had a chewy-noodle-style seasoning. I’d never had bean sprouts like this before, and they were so good. For the first piece of pork neck, they dipped it in myeoljeot and lightly grilled it. They said it would be good with wasabi, and it was seriously amazing, haha. The pork neck here was more tender than the pork belly. Pork neck was my favorite! Then they immediately grilled the pork belly too. Since pork belly is a fattier cut, they recommended eating it with salt and wasabi. Just from the name, I thought it might be a little tough, so I asked a staff member. Of course they had children’s forks and spoons, and the staff even cut up the meat for our child to eat! Haha. In five years of raising my son, this was the first Korean BBQ restaurant where someone had personally cut his meat for him, haha.
