Wow !! The tenderloin gyukatsu arrived and the meat quality looked really good haha. It came with salad and soup too, and the portion looked pretty generous ♥ The tenderloin was softer and thicker than the striploin haha. The striploin gyukatsu had a stronger beef flavor than the tenderloin and was a bit thinner !! It seemed like it would totally come down to personal preference.
