And after eating, there was even mouthwash so you could finish up feeling fresh! ## The order: solo menu plus soup set Ola Poke Gangnam really had such a wide variety of poke bowls — starting from the basic poke you could mix and match all kinds of toppings and sauces, so just picking a menu took me a while haha. There were so many options to choose from based on your taste that I don't think you'd get bored even eating here as part of a diet plan. What I really liked was being able to customize everything to my taste when ordering! You could add or remove toppings as you wanted, and choose your sauce too. You could even pick the salad-to-rice ratio yourself, so you could order to match whatever style you felt like eating that day. If you're on a diet, you could cut back the rice and load up on more veggies instead, which was great haha. But more than anything, the vegetables were so fresh. The crunchy texture was great, and the veggies themselves were so crisp it made the whole thing taste even better. ### Which sauce to pick: why truffle wins I picked the truffle sauce! If you usually like truffle, definitely go with the truffle sauce. You can tell just from the photos it's a protein bomb, right? With big chunks of salmon and steak, it kept me full the whole time I was eating, and I happened to visit right at lunchtime when office workers were flooding in all at once. Even though there were quite a lot of people, the food came out way faster than I expected, which was great.
