You can't have meat without doenjang stew (soybean paste stew) .ᐟ The doenjang stew we ordered alongside came out bubbling hot.

Once the grill was heated up, it was finally time for the meat .ᐟ They spread out the rolled-up thin slices of pork belly one by one on the grill, and since the slices are so thin, they cooked in no time!

The meat was grilled really well, so we ate happily 🤍 The grilling skills really were something else..!

So there was no need to wait long — grilling a little at a time and eating it right away while hot was the tastiest way to go haha
