Lately I've been juggling worries about my kids' health and finding a gentle, non-irritating meal out for them! So I went to a Blue Ribbon favorite in Hyangdong, Goyang — 'Hyangdong Doonjeong (도온정).' 💛

Crisp vegetables, generous yukhoe, and fluffy rice came together in harmony — not spicy or salty, with a very clean, refreshing finish. I scraped up the very last spoonful without any heaviness. 🌿 And there was a neat side of salt and pepper, kimchi, and kkakdugi!
