They say the meat goes through two 144-hour aging processes at low temperatures, then is trimmed in-house before reaching diners' tables to preserve its finest flavor and natural taste! With this much care put into it, the meat cannot help but be delicious,, It was truly moist, tender, and bursting with juice—it had it all, it had it all~!~!~!
