It had a white tone with wood accents, giving it a clean yet warm atmosphere, and there were plenty of window seats to sit at leisurely. There's also a busking zone right out front, so it seemed like it'd be nice to relax and watch some busking in the evening or at night haha. And finally, the Andamiro Soufflé arrived! It was gorgeous just visually. The round soufflé pancakes came out beautifully plated with fruit and cream all on one dish, so I couldn't not take photos lol. The moment we took a bite, both my boyfriend and I went 'this is it!' The soufflé cake was so, so fluffy and soft, and the texture that just melted in the mouth was amazing. Above all, the Andamiro Soufflé was so delicious, and with the combo of fruit, cream, and chewy ice cream, I think anyone who loves dessert would be satisfied haha.
