Overall it had a tidy vibe that made it easy to relax and eat. I originally thought of it as a side since we came for pot rice, but once I tried it, I kept reaching for more. It had a clean, light flavor that wasn't too heavy, good to eat one piece at a time between bites of pot rice. If you're looking for something a bit different from the usual gimbap, I'd recommend this. On days when I hand over a wedding invitation, the meal naturally turns into talk about the wedding and all the catching up we hadn't done, so I'd rather go somewhere comfortable to talk over food than somewhere too fancy — and this meal was satisfying too. If you're after a hearty bowl of pot rice in Gagyeong-dong, hunting for a good restaurant near Gagyeong-dong iPark, or looking for a slightly different kind of gimbap in Cheongju, I'd recommend trying the buckwheat gimbap alongside the pot rice. As I go through wedding prep and hand out invitations one by one, the places where I ate the meals are turning into memories too.
