Primero asé el steki y lo comí con un poco de sal, delicioso.. • • • 🫪 ¡la mayor ventaja es poder cocinarlo al punto que uno quiera, al momento!! Después asé también el gyukatsu... en realidad, los otros gyukatsu suelen ser más delgados, así que con un asado ligero por ambos lados era suficiente, pero el gyukatsu de Ichigyu es bastante grueso, así que hay que asarlo bien hasta que quede bien cocido!!
