日曜日はいつも自炊するのが面倒くさい。それでバンダルソム近くに新鮮でおいしい焼肉店があると聞いて訪れてみた。

チョンリュオクは1階にあり、精肉食堂として韓牛や豚肉も販売していて、ランチ限定メニューも扱っている。バンダルソムの人気店で、平日は近隣の会社がランチ利用することもある食堂だ。

入口に入るとこのように肉がきちんと熟成されているのが見られる。肉は熟成させてこそ本当においしくなる。

私たちは早めのランチタイムに訪れた。それにもかかわらず人がかなり多かった。確かにお酒が飲み放題だからか、集まりで来た方も多かった。

## 注文内容と会計はいくら？

メニューは上の写真を参考にしてほしい。私たちが注文した料理はサムギョプサル400g（3万8000ウォン）、韓牛味噌チゲ+ご飯（6000ウォン）、ビビン冷麺（8000ウォン）。これだけ食べても5万ウォン台前半で済む点がかなり魅力的だった。

ちなみにチョンリュオクは個室も用意されていて、なんとスタイラーまで完備されている。スタイラーがある焼肉店は初めて見た。それだけ細やかな配慮がある店だ。

## 炭火とおかず（パンチャン）

肉の火は炭を使う。ガス火を使うのと炭火を使うのとでは天と地の差だ。確かに肉は炭で食べるほうがおいしい。

おかずを見るとかなりすっきりしているのがわかる。そしてちょうどおいしいおかずで構成されていて好き嫌いなく皆おいしく食べられる。特に水キムチはさっぱりしていて一気飲みしたくなるほど爽快だった。

## サムギョプサル400g・ビビン冷麺・韓牛味噌チゲの味

サムギョプサル400gが出てきた。サムギョプサルはある程度熟成されて出てきて、熟成がうまくいっているからか柔らかかった。

そして注文したビビン冷麺が出てきた。ビビン冷麺はちょうどおいしい味だ。辛味が強調されるのではなく、おいしいタレが魅力的だった。

私が注文した味噌チゲだ。韓牛の肉がたくさん入っていて味噌チゲは濃厚だった。ランチ限定メニューとして食べるのにちょうどいい料理だ。

確かに炭火で焼くからか火力が本当に良い。肉を乗せて5分ほど焼くだけでサムギョプサルがすっかり焼ける。

まずサンチュ包みで食べてみた。肉は臭みがなく香ばしい脂が魅力的だ。そして唐辛子の醤油漬けも乗せて食べると、こってりした味も引き締めてくれた。

次はビビン冷麺と肉を一緒に包んで食べてみた。これもまた魅力的だ。ビビン冷麺の麺はぷりぷりした方で噛みごたえもある。

肉が400gなので一度に焼かず分けて焼いた。最近は1人前100g台も多いが、ここチョンリュオクは手頃な価格ながら味は高級感がある。

そして昼の時間帯は何よりお酒が飲み放題なので、お酒が好きな方はここでおいしい肉と一緒に楽しんでもよい人気店だ。バンダルソムの焼肉店の中でサムギョプサルと韓牛の人気店を探しているなら、ここチョンリュオクをおすすめする。
