こんにちは、グルメ探訪が大好きなムルドギです。数日前、담금주（自家醸造酒）の工房体験を終えたらお腹も空いてほろ酔いで、軽くつまみを添えてもう一杯やりたくなりました。

それで前々から目をつけていた田浦の居酒屋Rigo Susanに立ち寄って、盛り合わせ刺身と生エビ刺身セットを食べてきました。基本のお通しから刺身、生エビまでたっぷり楽しんだ記録を紹介します。

新鮮な盛り合わせ刺身を食べたくて訪れたのですが、ちょうど生エビが入荷したというのですぐ店に入りました。

田浦の居酒屋は狭い店が多い印象ですが、Rigo Susanは比較的広くて快適で、少人数の集まりにも良さそうでした。

私が訪れた日は、冷やしうどん、イカの和え物、コーンチーズ、お好み焼き、蒸しエビ、さつまいも＆イカの天ぷら、カリフォルニアロール、トッポギ、白キムチ、サンチュまで用意されていました。

夕食を取れないまま夜8時半頃に訪れたので、基本のつまみがたっぷり出てきたのを見て最初に満足しました。

特にトッポギが本当に美味しく、冷やしうどんも暑い日に涼しく食べるのにぴったりでした。

冷やしうどんが気に入って追加注文しようか悩みましたが、基本のセットが多くてお腹がいっぱいになり、追加注文はできませんでした。

イカの和え物はテーブルに用意された酢コチュジャンを加えて混ぜて食べるとよく合いました。

天ぷらはさつまいもだけかと思っていたら、イカの天ぷらも一緒に入っていて嬉しかったです。

## ブリ・サーモン・ミルチ・真鯛の4種盛り合わせ刺身、熟成ミルチが一番

スキダシを食べているうちに刺身もすぐに出てきました。4種の盛り合わせ刺身とプリプリの生エビ、酢飯4個が基本で一緒に出てきました。

盛り合わせ刺身小の構成はブリ、サーモン、ミルチ、真鯛でした。その中で私はミルチが一番気に入りました。

もともとミルチがとても好きな魚種でもあり、田浦の居酒屋Rigo Susanの特別な熟成ミルチはコリコリした食感が良く、味も豊かでした〜

手巻き寿司も一生懸命作って食べ、エゴマの葉包みでもしっかり楽しみました。

一つの食べ方だけでなく、いろいろな組み合わせで楽しめたのが良かったです。

## 生エビ刺身6尾とエビの頭の天ぷら、殻はむいてくれる？

何より印象的だったのは生エビ刺身でした。私が訪れた時間帯は店が少し空いていたので、生エビの殻をむいて出してくださいました。忙しい時間帯は殻をむかずに提供されることもあるそうです。

生エビは盛り合わせ小の基準で6尾出てきました。生エビのプリプリした食感が最高〜〜身も甘く、歯を押し返すほどの弾力が感じられて美味しくいただきました。

エビを食べ終えると、エビの頭も揚げてくれるそうです。つまみが少し物足りない時に新しいメニューのように楽しめますが、私たちはエビの頭が苦手であえて頼まず、生エビだけを楽しみました。

## 盛り合わせ刺身＋生エビ刺身セット、二つの味を一度に

私は盛り合わせ刺身と生エビ刺身を一度に食べられるこのセットが特に気に入りました。一種類の刺身だけをずっと食べるより、異なる食感と味を交互に楽しめるので飽きませんでした。

スキダシの種類が豊富で量も十分だったので、夕食を取らずに訪れたのにお腹いっぱいになりました。田浦駅のグルメで刺身とお酒を楽しみたい時に思い出しそうな構成でした。
