今日は彼氏と週末デートをしながら甘いデザートが食べたくなって、聖水のカフェを探してみました！以前友達と行ったときに美味しかったスフレのことを思い出したんです。彼氏もデザート大好きなので、聖水のスフレの名店、5to7 聖水本店（5to7 Seongsu Main Branch）に行ってきました :)

## 金曜訪問、待ち時間はどうだった？

ソウルの森駅から徒歩5分でアクセスが本当に良かったです！路地の奥に入ると温かみのあるレンガと無垢材のインテリアが調和していて、遠くからでもすぐ目に留まる聖水のおしゃれカフェでした（笑）人気店なので金曜に訪れても人がとても多かったです…幸い私はランチ直後の少し早い時間に着いたので、待ちなしですぐ入れました！

## 1階の店内の雰囲気

5to7の店内に入るとアンティークな家具と柔らかく温かいスタンド照明が出迎えてくれます（笑）1階はカウンターだけでなく思ったより空間が広く、テーブルもしっかり用意されていました！1階には化粧室と冷たい氷水も置いてあって使いやすかったです👍🏻 2階に上がると日当たりの良い窓際席とゆったりしたテーブルスペースがまた広がっています！

5to7のメニュー⬆️多彩なデザートとドリンクがいっぱいでした！特に看板メニューである聖水カフェのスフレのラインナップには、イチジク、マンゴスチン、パール・クレームブリュレ、ティラミス、抹茶チョコスフレまで、美味しそうな組み合わせが本当に色々ありました🥞！スフレは注文と同時に丁寧に生地を混ぜて焼き上げるため、大体15分から20分ほどかかると案内されました:)

1階の奥にある「2F inside」の案内に従って上がると、また別の2階の空間が現れます！階段の脇には天気の良い日に風に当たりながらコーヒーを飲むのに良い屋外テラス席も用意されていました🌿

2階の内部は1階より確実に広く開放的な感じです！通し窓から入る自然光と温かみのある無垢材家具が調和して、聖水のおしゃれカフェ特有の居心地の良い雰囲気を楽しむのに本当に良かったです🌿 私は2階に席を取りました！2階にも別に化粧室があるんですよ？🚽👍🏻

🥞 厚く重なったスフレの上にココアパウダーとクリームが惜しみなくたっぷりのっていて、見た目が最高…🤍 ふわふわなスフレが美味しくないはずがない味！スフレ好きならここも間違いなく気に入るはずです（笑）それから店内には外国人観光客の方も本当に多く、みんな1人1スフレを頼んでいました😲 思ったより大きいのに1人1つで驚きました…🥞

ちなみに店内利用時間は1時間30分と案内されていました！韓国語だけでなく英語、中国語でも書かれていて、やっぱり外国人客が多く訪れる人気スポットなんだなと感じました🕰️

ティラミススフレは卵の生臭さが全くなく、ふわふわで甘すぎず、本当に飽きずに食べ続けられる味です！甘いスフレを食べるときはアメリカーノとの相性が最高👍🏻 私が頼んだバニララテも程よく甘くて濃厚で、スフレとよく合って美味しかったです（笑）聖水の5to7でしっかり糖分チャージして帰ります🤍
