今日は瑞山の寿司、Mikado Sushi Chungnam Seosan Branch（미카도스시 충남서산점）の訪問記を書いてみます。ミカドスシは他の店舗には行ったことがあるのですが、忠南瑞山店は今回初訪問でした。子どもと一緒に行っても問題なかったお店なのでご紹介します。

忠清南道瑞山市石林6路17、1階にあり、毎日11:30〜21:20（ブレイクタイム15:00〜16:00）営業しています。店のすぐ前に広い駐車スペースがあります。

もし満車でも、店の横に専用駐車場が別に用意されているので駐車の心配はいりませんでした。会計の際にスタッフさんが車のナンバーを入力してくれたので、駐車登録も自分で気にする必要がありませんでした。

## 週末ランチの待ち時間はどれくらいだったか

私たちは12時頃に到着したのですが、前に6組ほど待っていました。店内に設置されたキャッチテーブル（CatchTable）で待機登録をして待てば良いのですが、思ったより回転が速くてそれほど時間はかかりませんでした。

待合スペースも別に用意されていたので、座って待つことができました。

## 店内の様子と子連れ向け座席

店内は思ったより広くて全体的に清潔感がありました。長いバーテーブルがあり、一般テーブルが3卓ありました。

子どもがいるのでテーブル席に案内していただき、快適に食べられました。テーブルごとにお吸い物が置かれていて、足りなければ気兼ねなくおかわりできました。

ベビーチェアも十分に用意されていました。週末だからか、家族連れのお客さんが特に多かったです。

## Mikado Sushiの寿司の種類と注文方法

ミカドスシは当日午前に仕入れた新鮮な食材を使っているそうです。寿司を含め80種類ほどのメニューが用意されていて、すべての皿が均一2,100ウォンです。

回転レールに食べたい寿司がなければ、テーブルのタブレットで注文できます。バー席ではタブレットの代わりに、メモ用紙に食べたい寿司を書いてスタッフさんに渡す方式です。

## 食べてみた寿司の味はどうだったか

トロは程よく脂がのっていて柔らかく、ヒラメはコリコリして淡白でした。

活魚熟成キムチ寿司は酸味のある熟成キムチが加わって私の好みによく合いました。ユッケ寿司は柔らかく香ばしくてくどくなく食べられましたし、エビチーズ焼きは香ばしいチーズがのっていて子どもも良く食べました。

牛カルビ熟成キムチ寿司は牛カルビと熟成キムチの酸味がよく合っていました。

牛肉玉ねぎ寿司は牛肉の上に玉ねぎがのっていて、一緒に食べるとくどさがなく美味しかったです。

サザエはコリコリした食感が良く、噛むほど香ばしかったです。コウイカはコリコリしつつも柔らかく、気軽に食べやすかったです。

子どもが麺がとても好きなので、うどんも注文しました。味を選べるとのことで優しい味を選んだところ、子どもが本当によく食べていました。

夫はとんこつラーメンを注文したのですが、麺がコシがあってスープも美味しいと言っていました。

## 33か月の子どもと訪れた総評

全体的に寿司の種類が豊富で、一皿2,100ウォンなので気兼ねなくいろいろ選んで食べられて良かったです。33か月の子どもも良く食べましたし、ベビーチェアも用意されていて子連れで訪れても問題なさそうでした。週末ランチは待ちがありましたが、思ったより回転も速かったです。瑞山の寿司をお探しなら、Mikado Sushi Chungnam Seosan Branchに一度訪れてみるのも良いと思います。
