今日は母と一緒に水原マンポにあるポリオク本店（보리옥 본점）に行ってきました。

店の前に最大7台ほど駐車できます。ただしピークタイムはお客さんが集中して駐車スペースがすぐ埋まってしまいます。私たちも最後の1台分に車を停めて入りました。車で訪れるなら少し早めに来るか、徒歩での訪問をおすすめします。

店内は広くて快適でした。奥にある螺鈿（らでん）の装飾が韓国らしい雰囲気を演出していて、ポリオク本店の名前ともよく合っていました。

オルガリ（若菜）ナムルの和え物が好きなので、あって嬉しかったです。ヨルム（若い大根）キムチもおいしい。おかずの写真を全部撮ったつもりでしたが、撮り逃したものが多かったです。頭の中では全部撮ったはずなんですけどね？上記のおかず以外にも、もやし和え、レンコン煮、わかめの茎和え、白菜キムチ、桔梗の和え物があります。おかずの種類が豊富に揃っていて良かったです。

豆腐煮込みとチャプチェ（韓国春雨炒め）。豆腐煮込みは単品では食べませんでしたが、チャプチェはおいしくいただきました。韓食ビュッフェで出るチャプチェは春雨ばかりのことがありますが、ここは野菜がいろいろ入っていて良かったです。

カボチャ、きのこ、唐辛子の天ぷらもあります。天ぷらは無難な味でした。白ご飯と麦飯も提供されているので、好きなだけお腹いっぱい食べられます。

最初に出てくる麦飯の量は少なく見えましたが、ナムルを入れてあれこれ混ぜて食べたらちょうど良い量でした。

テーブル脇にあるごま油とコチュジャンを加えてビビンバを作って食べました。やっぱりビビンバはいつ食べてもおいしいです。

ここの良いところは、料理が本当にすぐに出てくること。ビビンバを混ぜている間にサバと醤油豚焼肉が出てきました。

醤油豚焼肉は炭火の香りがしっかりしていて良いです。キャベツに包んで食べるとおいしかったです。サバの塩焼きは麦飯とチョングッチャン（韓国式納豆汁）によく合います。

チョングッチャンは香りが強すぎると重たく感じますが、ここは香りが強くなくて良かったです。澄んだ味わいのチョングッチャンという感じ！

最後に麦のお菓子と梅茶をいただきました。久しぶりに麦のお菓子を食べたらおいしかったです。

私はナムルをたくさん食べられて良かったです。おかずの種類が豊富であれこれ選んで盛る楽しさもあり、麦飯と一緒に混ぜて食べたら一食としてかなり満足感がありました。特に麦飯と白ご飯を好きなだけおかわりできる点が良く、料理が本当に早く出てくるので待ち時間が長くなかったのも満足でした。

基本の麦飯定食も悪くないですが、サバ定食は2,000ウォン、石鍋醤油豚焼肉定食は3,000ウォンを追加するだけなので、個人的にはメインが含まれた定食で注文することをおすすめします。きちんとした、胃にやさしい韓定食を探している方にはぴったりの場所だと思います。
