外観からきれいで、間接照明がとても素敵ですね。施術を受けるときは雰囲気も大事だと思うんですが、入る前から気分が良くなりました。

ここは靴箱なんですが、靴箱まで雰囲気が本当に良いですね。靴が見えないよう暗いガラスにしてあるのはすごく良いアイデアだと思います。

男女それぞれの更衣室があり、こぢんまりしているけど必要なものは全部揃っていました。

まず女性更衣室ではロッカーに服を入れて、サイズに合う施術着を選んで着ればOKです。鍵は着替えたあとポケットに入れて持ち歩きました。

着替えて鏡の前で一枚。久しぶりのマッサージなのでとても楽しみです。

鏡の下にはくしとドライヤー、ヘアゴムまでセンスよく用意されていて、施術の前後に使うのに良さそうです。

温かいお湯に足を浸してみました。子供を産んでからよく足湯をしていたのに、最近すっかり疎かにしてしまって足に申し訳なくなりました。贅沢だな…と感じていたら、施術師さんが来てタオルで拭いてくれて、部屋に案内してくれました。

アーチ型のドアと間接照明がすっきりしていて素敵な空間でした🌸 部屋ごとにプライベートに施術を受けられるのが良かったです。

2人部屋もゆったりしていてきれいなので、カップルや友人同士で一緒に受けるのにも良さそうです。

奥に入ると1人部屋もあって、この空間は本当に一人だけの時間を持つのにとても良い場所でした💕

### スポーツマッサージ60分はどうだったか

私はスポーツマッサージ60分を受けたのですが、乾式で背中、腰、骨盤と脚、体全体をマッサージしてもらいました。受けている間は少し痛いかなと思ったのですが、いざ受け終わって出てみると体がぐっと軽くなり、蓄積した疲労が消えた感じでした。痛いと言うとそれに合わせてケアしてくれて、とてもありがたかったです。
