狎鴎亭ロデオのグルメ、ピープル・ザ・テラス（People the Terrace）で清潭ダイニングの夜ごはんを食べてきたレビューです。久しぶりに狎鴎亭ロデオ方面で夕食を食べてきました :) この日は雰囲気のいいところでパスタやリゾットみたいなメニューを食べたくて探していて知った、ピープル・ザ・テラスに行ってきました。清潭あたりはとにかくおしゃれなダイニングが多くてどこに行くか悩んでしまうんですが、ここはメニューも豊富で雰囲気も良くて夕食にぴったりでした。

## コチュジャンバターカルボナーラ 27,000ウォンの味

最初に食べたのはコチュジャンバターカルボナーラ。ポンスク（봉숙）コチュジャンで作ったコチュジャンバターにクリームのコクを加えたパスタだそうです。

普通のカルボナーラとは確実に違う感じでした。コチュジャン特有の味がほのかに加わっていて、ただ濃厚なだけじゃなくちょっと旨味が感じられました。

クリームソースが麺にとろりとよく絡んで、ソースまで一緒に食べてしまう味でした。普段クリームパスタが好きな方なら、ちょっと変わった味を楽しめると思います。

## サクサクのフライドチキンバケット 35,000ウォン

そしてサイドのように一緒に注文したフライドチキンバケット 🍗 アメリカンスタイルの自家製フライドチキンとのことでしたが、思ったよりサクサクでおいしかったです。

外側がサクサクで中はジューシーで、そのまま食べてもおいしかったんですが、一緒に出てきたソースにつけて食べるとまた違う味でした。私はこういうフライドチキンはソースがおいしいかどうかも大事に見る方なんですが、一緒に出てきたソースも好みに合いました。パスタやリゾットだけだと少し物足りないこともありますが、合間にチキンを一つずつ食べると組み合わせも良かったです ふふ

## 一番おいしかったきのこクリームリゾット 33,000ウォン

そしてこの日一番おいしく食べたメニューは、リゾット きのこクリームタルトゥーフォ＆ステーキでした。ポルチーニ茸クリームに各種きのこを炒めて、その上に韓牛1++ステーキをのせたリゾットだそうです。

まずきのこの香りが濃く感じられて良かったです。クリームソースがリゾットとよく絡んでコクがあり濃厚な味がしますが、ここにきのこまで加わるとかなり風味が良かったです。上にのったステーキも一緒に食べられて、一皿の中でいろんな味が楽しめました。3種類とも食べましたが、個人的にはリゾットが一番おいしかったです！特にきのこが好きな方なら、このメニューはかなり満足できると思います :)
