Bueokgan Suwan Branch（부엌간 수완점）は光州広域市光山区、水莞（スワン）地区の路地裏にあるパスタ・ピザレストランです。週末ブランチが食べたくなった日、以前から名前だけ聞いて気になっていたBueokgan Suwan Branchに行ってきました。場所は水莞地区の路地の奥にあり、すぐ隣に美味しいベーカリーもあるので、Bueokganに行くならついでに立ち寄るのもおすすめです。

専用駐車場は大きく用意されているわけではないので近くの路上に駐車しましたが、路地が狭くて車も多く、駐車自体は少し大変でした。それでも停める場所はありました。

## ホワイトにグリーンのアクセント、子連れでも過ごしやすい店内

Bueokgan Suwan Branchの店内に入ってまず感じたのは、内装が本当に雰囲気があるということでした。ホワイトトーンの壁にグリーンのアクセントがところどころ混ざっていて写真映えもよく、自然光がよく入るので昼間に訪れると雰囲気がさらに引き立つ感じでした。テーブルの間隔もゆとりがあり、子連れの家族客も多く見られましたが、キッズチェアも用意されているので子ども連れの家族も気兼ねなく食事しやすそうでした。

最近水莞地区でパスタの美味しいお店を探しているなら、Bueokganはかなり有力な選択肢になりそうです。私はトマトパスタを注文しましたが、トマトソースは甘酸っぱくも刺激的すぎず、ほのかな甘みが漂うスタイルで、最後まで無理なく食べられました。麺はアルデンテにきちんと茹でられていて、ソースが麺によく絡んでいたので、一口一口すっきりと食べ進められました。しつこさのないさっぱりとした後味で、ブランチメニューにぴったりのパスタでした。

### バジルマルゲリータピザとの組み合わせ

一緒に頼んだのはバジルマルゲリータピザでしたが、窯で焼いているからか生地の端が少しパリッとしていて、中はもちもちとした食感が生きていました。フレッシュなバジルの香りがしっかり立ち、トマトソースとチーズの比率もちょうどよく、しょっぱすぎたりしつこかったりせずに食べられました。トマトパスタとマルゲリータピザを一緒に食べると、ソースの系統は似ているのに食感は全く違っていて、組み合わせがかなり良く合いました。どちらも刺激的でなくあっさりした味を好む方に、特におすすめしたいメニュー構成でした。
