大田のパスタ人気店、プレート屯山店（플레이트 둔산점）に行ってきたので後記を書いてみますね。プレート屯山店はなんと生パスタでパスタを作るお店なんです。もうめちゃくちゃ期待していました。

大田のパスタ人気店、プレート屯山店は2階にありました。駐車場は1テーブルにつき1台、地下で2時間無料でした。

## 大きな窓のある店内の雰囲気

入ってすぐ目に入る大きな窓の雰囲気がとても良かったです。柔らかい自然光が差し込んで、デートにぴったりの雰囲気だと思いました。

清潔感があって高級感のあるセッティングが用意されていました。

## 注文したメニュー

メニューを見始めたのですが、この日は残念ながらロブスターシュリンプビスクロゼピザが売り切れだったので、代わりに直火チャプステーキピザを注文しました。

コスパの良いパスタセットを2つと、青陽（チョンヤン）ボンゴレクリームニョッキ、クリーミーロゼパスタを注文しました。

### 生麺12種類から選択

麺は生麺で、好みに合わせてパスタ麺を選ぶことができました。なんと12種類もあって迷ったのですが、おすすめの麺で注文しました。

## パスタセットについてくるサラダと食前パン

パスタセットを注文するとまずサラダが出てきました。野菜も何種類かあり、ソースも適度にかかっていて、前菜として食べるのにちょうど良く、

食前パンもすぐに温めてくださったので柔らかく食べられましたし、スープ自体も

優しい味で、胃を落ち着かせるのにちょうど良かったです。

食前パンはそのまま食べても美味しくて、本当に柔らかかったです。

## イカ墨生麺のボンゴレパスタ

イカ墨のパスタ麺で作ったボンゴレパスタが出てきました。あさりはもちろん、ホタテまで乗っているパスタで、少しピリ辛の青唐辛子（クァリコチュ）が乗っていて、パスタのしつこさをしっかり抑えてくれる感じでした。

パスタの生麺をイカ墨で作っているからか、色合い自体が独特だと感じました。出来立てのパスタをくるくると巻いて盛り付けてくださったので、湯気が立ち上って温かく食べられて良かったです。

## クリーミーロゼパスタ

次はクリーミーロゼパスタです。少し平たい麺をおすすめされて注文したのですが、生パスタの麺はそれぞれ違うタイプなので、見た目にも楽しいと感じました。

クリーミーなソースがぴったり合っていて美味しく食べられ、ボンゴレとはまた違う味わいで飽きずに色々楽しめてちょうど良かったです。

## 一番美味しかった青陽クリームニョッキ

次は青陽（チョンヤン）クリームニョッキです。魚介と一緒にハラペーニョが乗っているのが見えて、カリッとした丸いニョッキとソースを一緒に食べたのですが、少しピリ辛の青陽ソースの味がこってりしたニョッキをしっかり包み込んでくれて、

全くしつこさなく食べられました。個人的には青陽ニョッキが一番美味しいと感じました。

## 直火チャプステーキピザ

次は直火チャプステーキピザです。生地自体も普通の生地ではなさそうで、チーズがぐーんと伸びるのを見ているだけでも美味しそうなのはもちろん、ルッコラと新鮮なトマトが上に乗っているのを見て、ここはピザが上手なお店だなと直感しました。

大きめのチャプステーキが乗っているのはもちろん、新鮮なルッコラとさっぱりしたトマトの組み合わせがとても良かったです。

チャプステーキ自体も大きめに切ってくださっていて、ピザと一緒に乗せて食べると最高でした。

ピザの最後の部分にはチーズクラストが入っているのも見られました。

一緒に出してくださったソースにつけて食べると、とても美味しく食べられました。

## どんな場面に合うか

大田のパスタ人気店、プレート屯山店。生パスタで作っているのでパスタも全体的に美味しく、ピザ自体も最後の一切れまで風味が良かったです。何より大きな窓のある雰囲気がデートにぴったりの空間で、お見合いの場所はもちろん、家族での集まりにもおすすめしたいお店でした。
