5to7 聖水本店は聖水とソウルの森の間に位置していて、聖水でポップアップストアを見て遊んだ後、ソウルの森側に渡ってデザイナーブランドの店を見て、カフェで一休みするのにぴったりのコースにあります！！ソウルの森駅からなら5番出口から徒歩10分以内で来られます:)

とにかく入った瞬間から照明と雰囲気がすごく好みで、まさに私好みのカフェでした..ㅠㅠㅠ実は店名からしてエモい5to7。中はさらに静かで癒される雰囲気！！平日午後に訪れたら人が少なくてさらに良かったです:)

席も隅々まで色々あって、適当に撮っても絵になるのが分かりますか？ウッドトーンのインテリアと温かい照明がとても良いですㅎㅎ

2階もあるので週末に来ても席がかなりありそう。でも眺めも良くて広いので、席はすぐ埋まりそうです。

この竹の照明が好み。雨の降る平日に訪れたのですが、外はしとしと雨が降っていて、照明の下に鬱蒼とした木々ビューがあるのでとても癒されるカフェでした..！

また驚いたのは、スフレの名店として訪れた5to7ですが、コーヒーも特別だということ。モカポットで淹れたコーヒーを販売していて、イタリアで主に使われる抽出方法なのですが、韓国では初めて見たので特別でした。

マンゴスチンスフレは初めて見たのですが、夏限定デザートのようだったので注文しました。それとモカポットで淹れたアメリカーノをチョイス。飲んでみると本当に香ばしくて美味しいのでおすすめですㅎㅎ

ここはどう撮っても絵になるビジュアル+_+スフレとコーヒーが登場しました。スフレは約10分ほどで出てきて、思ったより時間がかかりませんでした。焼くタイミングがあるようでした！まずスフレパンケーキの上にクリームがふんわりと覆われていて、これがビジュアル圧勝。マンゴスチンもすごくたくさん載っていました？！

一口すくってみたのですが、ふわふわの食感そのもの。3層くらいは重なっている感じでした。量も多くて良かったですㅋㅋㅎㅎでも口に入れると本当に柔らかく溶けていく、卵の香りがするスフレのパンなのでスルスル食べられました！！

スフレパンケーキの上にレモンゼストがかかっていました！これが爽やかさをプラスしてくれて、下手すると卵の香りが重く感じられるところを、レモンゼストのおかげでマンゴスチンともさらに合う感じに！？

マンゴスチンは本当に東南アジアで食べると気絶ものなんです。でも確かに韓国産マンゴスチンなのでそこまで甘くはなく、酸味がありました！爽やかで良かったですが、次はイチジクや他の旬のフルーツが載ったスフレパンケーキを食べてみたいですㅎㅎ

このスフレパンケーキのパン自体はとても美味しかったです！ふわふわなのにあまり甘すぎないクリームがすっと覆ってくれて調和のとれた味。久しぶりに聖水洞で美味しいスフレを食べましたㅎㅎ

### モカポットアメリカーノ＆ダッチアメリカーノ

ビジュアルはスフレが圧勝ですが..実は私の心の中の静かな勝者はむしろコーヒーでした！！アメリカーノはホット／アイスで違う種類を注文できるのですが、両方ともすごく好みでした。温かいモカポットアメリカーノはドリップコーヒーや抽出コーヒーとはまた違う、少し香ばしく酸味のないすっきりした味わいがとても美味しくて、また飲みたくなりました。アイスのダッチアメリカーノはダッチ独特の香りがふわっと感じられて、涼しく美味しくいただきました！！！
