ラスティックステーキプラッターは、出てきた瞬間からパンが熱くて、まずビジュアルが最高でした。お肉とグリル野菜が一緒に盛られていて、見るだけでボリューム感があります。ステーキは冷めると残念ですが、パンで出てくるからか、温かいまま食べられました。

ラスティックステーキプラッターの牛肉は本当においしかったです！！サルチサルとブチェサルは噛むと肉汁があって肉の味もしっかりしていて、手が止まりませんでした。宝亭洞カフェ通りのグルメを探しつつステーキを食べに来たので、牛肉を一番期待していたんですが、そこは期待通りでした。ソースなしでも香ばしさが感じられました。久しぶりに牛肉をこんなふうに食べて、おいしかったです笑

### 豚の首肉は硬くない？

ラスティックステーキプラッターの豚肉は、おいしかったけれど、少し硬い部分もありました。それでも肉汁がまったくない感じではなく、噛みごたえがあるほうに近かったです。柔らかいお肉が好きな人は牛肉のほうに手が伸びそうですが、私はグリル野菜と一緒に食べたので、ちゃんとおいしく食べました。

ステーキだけ食べ続けると少しくどくなることがありますが、野菜が一緒にあると口の中がリセットされる感じがありました。2人で530g食べて、本当におなかいっぱいでした。昼に食べたら夜までほとんど空腹にならないくらいです…。たくさん食べたい人にはこういうのがいいですよね笑
