バーガーにはまったく興味がなかった私に、バーガーっておいしい食べ物なんだと教えてくれた、ハンバーガー最愛のお店にまた行ってきました。そう、Daily Fix（デイリーフィックス）です。いくつか店舗がありますが、地元エリアだからでしょうか、教大駅にある瑞草教大店がいちばん口に合うんですよね。

## ベーコンチーズバーガーは玉ねぎ多めで

Daily Fixいちばんの人気メニュー、ベーコンチーズバーガー。そもそもDaily Fixは、この分厚い韓牛パティを食べに行くお店なんです。韓牛パティとチーズに、自家製ベーコンまで入るので、とろけるコクにさらにコクを重ねた、深くて香ばしい味わいです。

半分に割ると具材もたっぷり……。Daily Fixはパティもすごくボリュームがあっておいしいのですが、バンズも本当においしいです。外はカリッと中はしっとり焼き上げたバンズは香ばしくて甘みがあり、しっとりして風味豊かな塩気のある韓牛パティとよく合います。

玉ねぎはオプションで量を調節できるのですが、多めを選んだらより調和が取れておいしかったです！！！ 玉ねぎ多めオプション、おすすめします。

## チキンバーガー、鶏もも肉パティとピリ辛コールスロー

チキンバーガーは迷った末に注文したのですが……見た目がもう爆発的でした……。うわぁ……。Daily Fixのパティはどれもお得感満載ですが、チキンバーガーもやはりその法則から外れません。笑

ピリ辛コールスローがたっぷり！ だからくどさがまったくなく、揚げたてのチキンパティをおいしく楽しめます。本当に本当に調和がとれていておいしかったチキンバーガー。今まで食べたチキンバーガーの中で当然1位！

## パストラミサンドはどんな味？

パストラミサンドはまた違った見た目ですよね？ パストラミとは、牛の肩肉などをスパイスと塩に漬けてから燻製し、火を通して薄くスライスした加工肉のことです。つまりシャルキュトリの一種なんですね。ということは、パストラミサンドはシャルキュトリが入ったサンドイッチなわけです。笑

こちらもコールスローがたっぷり入っています。少しピリッとしつつ爽やかで……パストラミとの相性もいいです。パストラミは何層にもものすごく重ねられていて、本当にボリューミー！！！ 珍しくてエキゾチックな風味のサンドイッチですが、シャルキュトリが好きな方ならきっと気に入るはず。
