今日は弘大のデザートカフェとして有名な「シンクフルーツ（띵크프룻）」の訪問記をお届けします。破壊力抜群のビジュアルのスフレで有名なお店なんです！今シーズンは桃と無花果を展開していました。

弘大入口駅の近くに位置しています。駐車は近隣の公営駐車場を利用しましたが、そこからも徒歩3分で着けるので訪問に苦労はしませんでした:) 弘大エリアなので公共交通機関でのアクセスも便利です！

お店、めちゃくちゃ可愛くないですか？外に出ている看板のスフレのビジュアルがあまりに綺麗で、通り過ぎることができませんでした…。ブルーリボンも2年連続で受賞しているお店だそうです！

店内はホワイトトーンで清潔感がありつつ温かい雰囲気で素敵でした:) 角地のお店だからか、テーブルのある三方向すべて採光が良かったです！そのせいか、窓際の席が人気でした。

弘大のデザートカフェらしく、デザートメニューもコーヒー・ドリンクメニューも豊富でした。季節のフルーツメニューが多いのも良かったです:) そのせいか、カップルや女性のお客さんが多かったです。パルフェメニューは今は品切れ状態！

## 桃スフレ22,000ウォンはどんな構成？

これです…破壊力抜群のビジュアルの桃スフレ…❤️ スフレパンケーキ3切れとクリーム、アイスクリーム、硬めの桃と水蜜桃（中にヨーグルトが入っています）、この3つの組み合わせなので美味しくないわけがない（マシオプソプ）んです。カップルの方々もパンケーキをたくさん召し上がっていましたし、外国人のお客さんもかなりいらっしゃいましたよ！

パンケーキは本当にふわふわもちもちで、フォークでも簡単にちぎれるほどでした！クリームが本当に美味しい！甘すぎず、さっぱりしたクリームなので、パンケーキと桃の味をむしろ引き立ててくれる感じで美味しかったです。バニラアイスクリームもコクがあって美味しい！

### 硬めの桃と水蜜桃、甘さはどうだった？

丸ごと入っていた桃は水蜜桃でした！中にはグリークヨーグルトが入っていて、水蜜桃なのでとても柔らかく切れました。

水蜜桃は下手すると完全に水っぽいだけの桃が多いのですが、シンクフルーツは弘大のデザートカフェだからか、硬めの桃も水蜜桃も両方とも糖度が良かったです！私は個人的に硬めの桃派なのに、この日はなぜか水蜜桃がやけに美味しくて…桃はどう転んでも美味しい。

信頼が持てるフルーツ冷蔵庫の貫禄…最近は無花果もシーズンなのか、無花果と桃が箱単位で店内に保管されていました！弘大のデザートカフェの実力店だと納得…冷蔵庫を見て一気に信頼が高まりました:)…

個人的にはパンケーキ＋クリーム＋アイスクリーム＋桃、この4つを一度に食べるのが一番美味しかったです！全部美味しいだけじゃないの？と思うかもしれませんが…トッピングは何でも意味なく載っているわけではないので、色々な食べ方を試してみてください！
