合井でデート中、夕飯に悩んで訪れた合井洞のサムギョプサル名店！

やっぱりデートのときは美味しいお肉に焼酎やビールを一杯添えるのが一番幸せですよね。

今回はお肉を直接焼いてくれるお店だったので気楽に食事できて、思った以上に美味しくて満足でした :)

特にお肉と一緒に焼いて食べるキムチが本当にポイントでした。サムギョプサル好きなら、この組み合わせはたぶん我慢できないはずです…🔥

## 合井駅の焼肉店、店内の雰囲気は？

「こっちだよ〜！こっち！！」と叫んでいるような看板から雰囲気が良かったです。

そして店に入った瞬間から、慌ただしい焼肉店の雰囲気というより落ち着いて食事できる感じが良かったです。

個人的には友達と行くのにも良いですが、合井のデート向けグルメとしても良さそうだと思いました。

焼肉店でデートすると肉を焼くのに気を取られたり、一人がずっと肉を焼き続けなければならないことがありますが、ここではそんな心配は要りませんでした。

店主さんが直接お肉を焼いてくれるので、私たちは気楽に話しながら食べるだけで良くて、デートのときに特に良かったです 🤍

私たちは2〜3人セットを注文しました！たくさん食べる方なので、足りなければ追加するつもりでした！

このもやしサラダは、焼肉店に通っていて初めて見るものでした！イッチョクサムギョプサルだけのシグネチャーおかずのようでした。

## 店主が目の前で焼いてくれるサムギョプサル

そしてここで一番気に入った部分！まさに店主さんがお肉を直接焼いてくれるという点です。

お肉は焼き加減が意外と重要ですが、店主さんが美味しく食べられるように直接焼いてくれるので、待って食べるだけで良かったんです。

こんがりと焼けていくサムギョプサルを見ていると、もうお腹が空いてくる感じ…😂

外はこんがり、中はしっとりと焼けてちょうど食べ頃になった瞬間すぐに一口食べてみたのですが、わあ…だから合井駅のサムギョプサル名店を探し歩くんだなと思いました。

肉汁も生きていて香ばしいサムギョプサルの味がしっかり感じられて、ずっと手が伸びました。

## サムギョプサル＋焼きキムチの組み合わせは必食

そしてここで私が一番美味しく食べた組み合わせは、まさにサムギョプサル＋焼きキムチです。

サムギョプサルを焼きながらキムチも一緒に焼いてくれるのですが、キムチが鉄板でこんがり焼けると味がぐっと濃くなります。

良く焼けたサムギョプサル一切れに焼きキムチをのせて一緒に食べると…本当に美味しいです。

お肉の香ばしくて脂の乗った味をキムチがしっかり受け止めてくれて、ずっと食べ続けてしまう組み合わせでした。特にキムチが適度に焼けて少し酸味とうま味が上がってくると、サムギョプサルと本当によく合いました。

個人的には、ただサムギョプサルだけ食べるより焼きキムチと一緒に食べる方がずっと美味しかったです。

サービスで出てきたテンジャンチゲと卵蒸しは、本当に焼酎一本ずつ空けそうな味でした！！（それくらい美味しかったということです…）

個人的には、デートしながらサムギョプサルを食べたい方に特におすすめしたいです。

お肉も直接焼いてくれるので、焼くことに気を使わず気楽に会話できて、美味しいお肉にお酒を一杯添えるのにも良かったです。

合井はグルメもデートスポットも多いですが、夕食に何を食べるか悩んでいるならサムギョプサルもかなり良い選択だと思います。

特に美味しいお肉に焼きキムチまでしっかり楽しみたいなら、満足度が高いと思います :)
