## スタッフが肉を焼いてくれる焼肉店

今回訪れて一番気に入ったのは、お肉の味はもちろん、直接焼いてくれるサービスと、清潔に管理されている店内の雰囲気でした。

焼肉店に行くと美味しいお肉を食べられるのは嬉しいけれど、誰が肉を焼くか地味に気を遣いますよね。でもこのお店はスタッフさんが焼いてくれるので、3人で気楽におしゃべりしながら食事できました。

## ソサム208のモドゥムトルパン

最初から豪華に盛られたモドゥムトルパン。

石板に肉を乗せて焼いてくれるのですが、ジュージューと焼けていくお肉を見ていると、やっぱりお肉は焼肉店で食べるべきだなと思いました。

3人で食べるにはちょうどいい量で、食べているうちにあまりに美味しくてサムギョプサルも追加しました。

直接焼いてくれるので焼き加減を気にしなくてよく、ちょうど美味しいタイミングですぐに食べられるのが良かったです。何よりお肉が焼けている間、友達との会話に集中できて楽でした。

## 塩辛ソースにつけて食べるサムギョプサル

焼けたお肉はそのままでも美味しいですが、この日は塩辛ソースにつけて食べてみました。

香ばしく焼けたサムギョプサルに塩気のある塩辛ソースを加えると、肉の風味が一段と引き立つ感じ！サムギョプサル特有の香ばしさと塩辛ソースの旨味がよく合って、つい手が伸びました。

お肉を食べる時、ソースや付け合わせによって少しずつ味が変わる面白さもありました。

## チョンドミナリと一緒に食べると

そしてこの日一緒に注文したチョンドミナリ（清道産セリ）。お肉ばかり食べているとちょっと脂っこく感じることがありますが、香り高いミナリを添えると口の中がぐっとさっぱりしました。

お肉一切れにミナリを乗せて食べると、シャキシャキの食感と香りが加わってサムギョプサルともよく合いました。

## 焼きチーズ＋トック巻き

個人的に楽しかったメニューは、焼きチーズとトック巻きでした。

石板でこんがり焼いたチーズをお肉と一緒に食べると、香ばしくもちもちした味わいが加わりました。トック巻きにお肉や付け合わせを一緒に乗せて食べるのも一風変わった組み合わせで、ひとつひとつ組み合わせて食べる楽しさがありました。

お肉だけ食べるより、いろいろな付け合わせを活用することで、3人で食べていても多彩な味を楽しめました。

## 締めはパルドビビンバ

お肉をある程度食べたら、締めのメニューは欠かせませんよね。この日はパルドビビンバまで注文しました。

お肉を食べた後、辛いビビンバで締めると、やっぱり焼肉店で食べるチャーハンやビビンバは最後まで欠かせないメニューだなと思います。

実は飲食店で私が重要視するポイントの一つが店内の清潔さなのですが、ソサム208水原駅店は料理だけでなく店全体が清潔に管理されている点が特に気に入りました。

焼肉店はどうしてもお肉を焼いているとテーブルや周りに油分が残りがちですが、店内の雰囲気全体が清潔で、食事中も不快感がありませんでした。

美味しい料理も大事ですが、快適に食事できる空間であることで満足度がより高かったように思います。
