本当に美味しい生豆腐のお店をご紹介しにきました。最近夫がカヤン方面に仕事で通っていて、私はその隙にちょくちょく遊びに行っています。今日も退勤時間に合わせてぶらっと出かけたら、陽川郷校駅近くの豆腐屋さんがすごく有名だと聞いて訪問したんですけど…ここ本当にマジで美味しい！

メットルロマン登村店は陽川郷校駅近くにある豆腐料理専門店です。昼に見るとこんな感じで、普通の食堂っぽく見えますよね？でも「豆腐料理専門店」という文言がしっかり書かれていました。

スンドゥブおかわり自由？？もう気になってきました。メニュー名がずらっと並んでいるのが見えました。スンドゥブクッパ、スンドゥブチゲ、韓牛スンドゥブ…種類が本当に豊富でした。

テレビにも出た店らしく、早く入って食べたくてたまりませんでした。

店に入って面白かったのが、この石臼の機械でした。本物の石臼が店の片隅に置かれていて、毎朝これで大豆を挽いて豆腐とスンドゥブを手作りしているそうです。ここはただの店じゃないなと思いました。

メットルロマン登村店の店内は無垢材のテーブルとベンチで、厨房が丸見えの造りです。ドアを開けて入ると、無垢材のテーブルとベンチがずらりと並んでいて、平日の夕方なのにお客さんが結構いました。

反対側から見ると、厨房の方まで丸見えの造りでした…！丁寧に作っている雰囲気が遠くからも伝わってきて（食べ終わった後、このオフィステルの住民が羨ましいと思いました…家の近くにこんな美味しい店があったら毎日通うのにと思いました）

そしてトッポギも本当にめちゃくちゃ美味しくて、これも意外と手が伸び続けました。

器に取り分けてみると、エビも丸ごと入っていて、白菜と豆腐が絡んだスープはどんどんすくいたくなる味でした。このスープ、思わず一気飲みしちゃいました笑

夢中で食べているうちに、いつの間にかスープが少し残るだけの状態になっていました。具はとっくに全部なくなっていました。

こうやって順番に広告している業者の中には、実は美味しくない店も結構あるんですが、ここは本物です。本当にビルを建てられそうです…あまりにも満足で、自分でも気づかないうちに親指を立てていました。夫と二人で座って「ここ本当に本物だね」と言いながら、ずっと感嘆し続けた夕食でした。
