청류옥은 1층에 위치해있고 정육식당으로 한우, 돼지고기도 판매하고 점심 특선 메뉴도 판매한다. 반달섬 맛집으로 주중엔 근방 회사에서 점심 식대로 이용하기도 하는 식당이다.

우리는 이른 점심시간에 방문하였다. 그럼에도 불구하고 사람들이 꽤 많았다. 확실히 술이 무제한이라 그런지 모임으로 오신 분들도 많았다.

## 주문 내역과 가격

메뉴는 위 사진을 참고하면 되고 우리가 주문한 음식은 삼겹살 400g (3만8000원), 한우 된장찌개+공기밥 (6천원), 비빔냉면 (8천원)을 주문하였다. 이렇게 하더라도 5만원 초반에 먹을 수 있는점이 상당히 매력적이였다.

참고로 청류옥은 룸도 마련되어 있고 이렇게 스타일러까지 마련되어있다. 스타일러가 있는 고기집은 처음 본다. 그만큼 세심한 배려가 있는 고기집이다.

## 숯불과 밑반찬

고기 불은 숯을 사용한다. 가스 불을 사용하는것과 숯불을 사용하는 것은 천지차이다. 확실히 고기는 숯에 먹는것이 맛있다.

밑반찬을 보면 상당히 깔끔한것을 알 수 있다. 그리고 딱 맛있는 밑반찬들로 구성되어있어 호불호 없이 다 맛있게 먹을 수 있다. 특히 물김치는 시원해서 원샷을 할만큼 개운했다.

## 삼겹살 400g, 비빔냉면, 한우 된장찌개

삼겹살 400g이 나왔다. 삼겹살은 어느정도 숙성되어 나오며 숙성이 잘 되어서 그런지 부드러웠다.

그리고 주문한 비빔냉면이 나왔다. 비빔냉면은 딱 맛있는 맛이다. 매운맛이 강조되는것이 아니라 맛있는 양념이 매력적이였다.

내가 주문한 된장찌개다. 한우고기가 많이 들어있고 된장찌개는 진했다. 점심 특선메뉴로 먹기 딱 좋은 음식이다.

확실히 숯불로 구워서 그런지 화력이 정말 좋다. 고기를 올려놓고 5분정도만 구우면 삼겹살이 다 익는다.

먼저 상추쌈을 먹어보았다. 고기는 잡내없이 고소한 기름이 매력적이다. 그리고 고추 장아찌도 얹어서 먹으니 느끼한 맛도 잡아주었다.

그 다음은 비빔냉면과 고기를 싸먹어보았다. 이것역시 매력적이다. 비빔냉면의 면은 오동통한 편이라 씹는맛도 있다.

고기가 400g이라 한번에 굽지 않고 나눠 구웠다. 요즘 1인분에 100g대도 많은데 여기 청류옥은 저렴한 가격이지만 맛은 고급스럽다.
