## 🥩 진짜 부드러웠던 온제육

그리고 개인적으로 정말 만족했던 온제육! 탄백의 온제육은 항정살을 이용한 수육인데요. 한입 먹자마자 느껴지는 건 그냥... 부드럽다!!

비계와 살코기의 비율도 좋았고 질긴 부분 없이 정말 부드러웠어요. 과장 조금 보태면 입에 넣고 몇 번 씹지 않아도 그냥 녹아내리는 느낌.ㅎㅎ 고기의 지방 부분에서 나오는 고소한 맛과 살코기의 담백함이 같이 느껴져서 곰칼국수와 함께 주문하길 정말 잘했다는 생각이 들었어요.

온제육에는 참나물 샐러드와 와사비, 청어알젓 등이 함께 나오기 때문에 조금씩 조합을 바꿔가며 먹는 재미도 있습니다.

이번에 방문한 정동길 맛집 탄백. 개인적으로는 세 메뉴 모두 각자의 매력이 있어서 만족스러운 식사였어요.
