여기가 공덕 파스타 맛집으로 꽤나 인기가 있어서 평일임에도 1시 예약 후 방문했다. 매장에 손님이 가득한 걸 보고 예약하기를 너무 잘했다고~ 네이버 예약 강추 드림! 전면을 다 개방했는데 시원한 바람 솔솔 불고 앞에 숲이 보이고 분위기 너무 좋았음.

## 편안한 올데이브런치 공간

해옫 마포는 올데이브런치를 선보이는데 가격도 저렴한 편인데다가 서비스 마인드가 굉장한 곳이었다. 밖에 붙은 안내문 등을 보면 반려견 동반 가능, 군인 할인, 웨이팅에 대한 고심 등 불친절이라고는 전혀 찾아볼 수 없는 따수운 마음이 전해진다. 직원분들이 너무 친절하셨음! 여기가 단골이 많다던데 진짜 매일 오고 싶을 정도로 좋은 인상을 받고 갔다.

손님이 계속 있어서 중간중간 잠깐씩 찍은 테이블! 매장이 크진 않아도 오밀조밀 잘 배치가 되어 있고 카운터 쪽에는 바테이블도 있었다. 너무 화려하지 않고 편안하면서 감성 한 스푼 들어간 인테리어라 소개팅도 많이 한다고~

공덕 파스타 맛집, 공덕 브런치 맛집이지만 해옫이 유명해진 건 바로 프렌치토스트 덕이 아닐까 싶다. 옆으로 넘기면 토스트 메뉴들 나와욤. 그밖에 파스타, 뇨끼, 샐러드, 스테이크, 필라프 등 다양한 올데이브런치 메뉴들도 있다. 우리는 식사를 애매하게 하고 만나서 1인 1토스트를 하게 됨. 똑같이 라떼도 한 잔씩 시키고~

친구 사진 찍어준다고 밖으로 나갔다가 라떼도 한 컷! 해옫 로고가 박힌 컵도 예쁘고 라떼도 고소하고 시원했다. 우유를 어떤 걸 쓰시는지 풍미가 다름이 느껴지고~

두둥! 1인 1토스트 등장이요. 가장 기본인 버터프렌치토스트인데 두툼한 식빵을 미리 길게 잘라서 토스트를 했다. 거기에 취향껏 달콤한 시럽을 뿌려 먹거나 생크림을 얹어 먹는다. 특히 저 생크림이 쫀쫀하고 양도 많아서 좋았다.

장시간 숙성시켜 만들어서 부드러우면서도 속이 촉촉한 게 친구랑 나눠 먹었으면 아쉬웠을 거 같다. 나 혼자 먹으니 너무 행복!

시럽은 사실 뿌리는 척만 해본 거고 나는 생크림만으로도 충분한 당 충전이 되었다. 아마 아메리카노를 먹었다면 시럽을 과감히 뿌렸을지도 모를 일.
