깜깜한 저녁,, 홍대구루메 2층에 잇는 간판이 보여 찍어 봤다. 건물 지하에 파킹해도 되지만, 우린 그냥 갓길 주차를 이용했다.ㅎ

우리가 도착한 시간은 평일 저녁 8시 40분쯤 이었는데 아무도 없어 마감한줄 알았다ㅜ 어쭤보니 주문가능하다해서 다행이엇다. (라스트오더는 저녁9시임..)

홍대구루메 내부는 4인석이 15자리 정도 있는데, 칸막이가 쳐져있어 프라이빗하게 식사할 수 있는 분위기였다. 다찌석도 있어서 혼밥하시는 분들이 와도 편하게 먹을 수 있는 공간이었다.

떠먹는초밥부터 한 숟갈 떠먹었는데 역시나 기억 속 그 맛이었다. 숟가락으로 퍼먹는 초밥이라는 게 처음엔 낯설었는데 연어랑 참치가 도톰하게 올라가 있고 밥이랑 같이 얹어서 먹었는데 한입 두입 먹을수록 꽤 든든했다.

연어는 결이 살아있으면서도 부드럽고 참치는 기름기가 적당해서 느끼하지 않고 깔끔하게 넘어갔다. 마감 직전이라 재료가 부족하지 않을까 걱정했는데 전혀 그런 느낌 없이 신선했다.

게다가 정식은 새우튀김, 단호박샐러드, 고구마맛탕, 아채샐러드 등 밸런스 있는 사이드메뉴들로 다양하게 구성되어 있어서 좋았다.

매운맛계란라멘은 돈코츠 육수 베이스라 고소하고 진하면서도 매콤한 국물이었다. 면 위에 숙주나물이랑 차슈, 달걀 2쪽이 올려져 있다. 근데 계란 정말 맛있던데..? 장조림마냥 간이 베어 있는데 반숙란 스타일로 나와서 딱히 국물과 함께 먹지 않아도 그 자체로 맛있었다. 매운맛이라 해서 걱정했는데 자극적이지 않고 나에게는 딱 먹기 좋은 정도였다.

근데 남친은 맵다면서 땀을 흘리던데.. 그래도 맛있는지 폭풍흡입하더라.ㅎㅎ

챠슈는 부드럽게 잘 익혀서 나오구 단백질까지 더해지니 한끼식사로 꽤 든든한 라멘이라는 생각이 든다.

다 먹을 즈음 통에 들어 있는 행운의 한마디를 뽑아봤다.ㅋ
