## 기본 육수와 사골토마토 육수의 차이

육수는 두 가지로 선택했는데요. 한쪽은 깔끔한 기본 육수, 다른 한쪽은 조금 색다르게 사골토마토 육수로 주문했어요.

먼저 기본 육수는 역시 샤브샤브와 잘 어울리는 깔끔한 맛! 고기와 야채를 넣어 먹어도 재료 본연의 맛이 잘 느껴져서 부담 없이 계속 먹게 되더라고요. 사골토마토 육수는 처음에는 어떤 맛일지 궁금했는데 생각보다 잘 어울렸어요! 사골의 고소하고 진한 맛에 토마토의 살짝 새콤한 맛이 더해져서 기본 육수와는 확실히 다른 느낌~ 같은 샤브샤브인데 육수를 다르게 선택하니까 번갈아 먹는 재미가 있었어요.
