사상에서 공연 볼 겸 온 김에 대패삼겹살이 먹고 싶어 찾아보다가 이번에는 대패삼겹살집에 다녀왔다. 평소에도 대패삼겹살을 좋아하는 편이라 어떤 메뉴를 먹어볼지 기대하면서 방문했다!!

매장 외부 모습!! 간판이 눈에 잘 들어와서 처음 방문했는데도 찾기 어렵지 않았다. 전체적으로 편하게 들어가서 고기를 먹고 나오기 좋은 분위기의 외관이었다. 서부버스터미널에서도 5~10분 정도 걸으면 금방 찾을 수 있다!

우리가 주문한 메뉴는 꼬들대패 5인분!! (2명이서 방문했다.) 이 가게에 오기 전에 빵을 먹어서 배불러서 추가 주문은 안 했다.

불판에다가 셀프바에서 가져온 콩나물, 김치, 버섯류 등 반찬을 고기와 함께 구워줬다.

꼬들대패는 정말 말처럼 꼬들꼬들했다~~ 대패삼겹살답게 고기가 얇게 썰려 있어서 불판에 올리자마자 금방 익기 시작했다. 노릇노릇하게 익은 꼬들대패를 먹어보니 고소한 맛이 느껴졌고, 얇은 고기라 부담 없이 계속 집어 먹게 됐다. 한 점씩 먹다 보니 어느새 불판 위 고기가 금방 사라졌다.

고기만 계속 먹기 아쉬워서 함께 주문한 계란찜도 먹어봤다. 따뜻하고 부드러운 계란찜이라 고기 사이사이에 곁들이기 좋았다.

고기를 먹을 때 빠질 수 없는 쌈도 준비해서 함께 먹었다. 상추에 잘 익은 꼬들대패를 올리고 곁들임까지 더해 한입 가득 먹으니 역시 고기는 쌈으로 먹는 맛이 있었다. 얇은 고기라 쌈에 넣어 먹기도 편했고, 이것저것 조합해서 먹는 것도 맛있다!!!!

## 고기 먹고 셀프로 만든 하트 볶음밥

그리고 고기를 어느 정도 먹고 나니 자연스럽게 마지막은.... 고깃집에서 빠지면 아쉬운 볶음밥!!! 셀프바에서 반찬류 더 챙기고 공깃밥 2공기 주문해서 직접 볶았다!! 셀프바에 가면 김가루랑 볶음밥용 소스, 참기름이 있어서 가져와서 셀프 볶음밥!

(하트로 한 번 만들어봤어요..ㅎㅎㅎ..) 불판에 볶음밥을 올려 고기 먹고 남은 맛과 함께 볶아 먹으니 든든하게 식사를 마무리할 수 있었다. 고기를 충분히 먹었는데도 볶음밥은 또 들어가는 게 신기했다. 역시 고기 먹은 뒤 볶음밥으로 마무리하는 코스는 포기하기 어려워!!
