저는 명품밥상으로 먹었어요. 둘이서 주문한건데 양이 진짜 푸짐.. 한상 가득 찼어요.

### 두부삼합 — 잡내 없는 수육과 간 안 한 두부

먼저 두부삼합! 수육과 두부가 나와요. 여기에 같이 먹을 수 있는 무절임까지 👍

저 육식파인데, 조금 가리는 게 수육이거든요. 왜냐면 수육은 잘못 삶으면 잡내도 나고, 혹은 고기 상태가 별로면 질기거나 퍽퍽하거든요. 근데 정은숙초당순두부 수육은 잡내 하나도 없고, 지방과 살코기 비율이 좋아서 무절임이나 쌈, 두부랑 먹으니 좋았어요 👍

두부 역시 간 안 된 두부였는데 부드럽고 담백하고 고소했어요. 아가한테도 줘봤는데 아기도 잘 먹더라고요.

그 외로도 반찬들이 다 정갈하고 맛있었어요. 흔한 반찬들이 아니여서 더 맛나게 먹었어요. 실제로 명인께서 음식은 신선해야 한다는 신념으로, 해남에서 난 미역, 동해안어부가 잡은 가자미, 강원도민이 재배한 콩 등 좋은 재료를 공수 받아 반찬, 요리를 만들고 있다고 해요.

### 코다리조림 — 편견을 깨준 밥도둑

그리고 이 코다리조림. 사실,, 코다리조림 하면 그 퍽퍽하고 살짝 비린 그런 거 생각하잖아요. 급식에서 코다리가 나온다? 그럼 매점 가는 날 이렇게 생각했을 정도인데 그 편견을 깨부셔주었습니다. 속 촉촉하고요. 양념 달달매콤해서 진짜 밥도둑이 따로 없었어요.

### 하얀 국물 두부전골, 게까지 들어가요

그리고 무엇보다 이 전골. 두부전골은 빨간, 하얀 두 가지 선택 가능해요. 저는 하얀 국물로 주문했는데 아주아주 만족했어요.

맵지도 않은데 칼칼하고 국물도 깔끔하면서 깊은 데다가 두부는 부드러워서 넘 맛나더라고요.
