## 기대했던 헬싱키 라떼 맛은?

가장 궁금했던 헬싱키 라떼부터 한 모금 마셔봤어요. 입안에 은은한 단맛이 먼저 느껴지고, 진한 원두의 풍미에 고소하고 크리미한 우유가 부드럽게 섞이더라고요. 단맛이 강해서 커피 맛을 가리는 스타일은 아니었고, 진한 커피 맛을 우유가 부드럽게 감싸주는 느낌이었어요.

평소 라떼를 좋아하는 저희 부부 입맛에는 꽤 잘 맞았고요. 왜 미니말레에 오면 헬싱키 라떼를 찾는 분들이 많은지 직접 마셔보니 알겠더라고요.

## 에그마요 샌드위치 순삭 사건

에그마요 샌드위치는 신랑이 주문했는데 재미있는 일이 있었어요. 제가 잠시 화장실에 다녀와서보니 신랑이 샌드위치를 순식간에 다 먹어버린 거예요.

> 나도 한입 먹어보려고 기다렸는데!

했더니 먹어보라는 말 한마디 없이 혼자 다 먹어버렸더라고요. 얼마나 맛있었으면 그랬을까 싶어서 한참 웃었네요.ㅎㅎ

그런데 이제 생크림 카스테라까지 제대로 먹어보려고 하는 순간 병원에서 전화가 왔어요. 검사 전 준비 때문에 예약 시간보다 조금 일찍 와달라는 연락이었답니다. 결국 남은 디저트는 테이크아웃으로 부탁해서 가지고 나왔어요.

## 부드럽고 담백했던 생크림 카스테라

차에 타자마자 포장해 온 미니말레 개포점 생크림 카스테라를 맛봤는데요. 카스테라 시트가 퍽퍽하지 않고 촉촉했고, 안에 들어 있는 생크림도 부드러웠어요.

무엇보다 인위적인 단맛이 강하지 않고 담백한 편이라 좋더라고요. 생크림이 너무 달면 몇 입 먹고 금방 질리는데, 부담스럽지 않은 단맛이라 커피와 함께 먹기에도 괜찮았어요.

## 다음에는 여유롭게 다시 방문하고 싶어요

이번에는 삼성서울병원 검진 때문에 갑작스럽게 일찍 나와야 해서 조금 아쉬움이 남았어요. 그래서 다음에는 시간 여유를 두고 방문해서 먹어보지 못한 베이커리와 샌드위치도 천천히 즐겨보고 싶네요.

주차가 편하고 조용한 분위기에서 빵과 커피를 즐길 개포동 카페를 찾고 있다면 미니말레 개포점도 괜찮은 곳 같아요. 특히 저처럼 라떼를 좋아한다면 헬싱키 라떼는 한번 맛보셔도 좋을 것 같아요. 이번에는 급하게 들렀지만 다음에는 천천히 앉아 빵과 커피를 즐겨보고 싶은 곳이었어요.
