일본 느낌이 나는 짙은 목재와 장어 그림, 간판이 인상적이었는데 내부도 외관과 비슷한 색상으로 인테리어가 되어 있었어요~

입구 바로 앞쪽과 홀에는 8명 정도 수용 가능한 대형 테이블이 2개 정도 놓여 있었어요~ 테이블 형태가 다양해서 혼밥부터 회식까지 모두 가능할 것 같더라고요~

화장실은 식당의 가장 안쪽 왼편에 있는데 남녀가 구분되어 있어 좋았고 세면대 위에 다양한 핸드크림을 보니 사장님의 센스가 느껴지더라고요~

장어덮밥은 관동식, 관서식, 나고야식이 있는데 이곳은 관동식이라고 하더라고요~ 관동식은 초벌 후 한 번 찐 뒤에 소스를 발라 또 한 번 굽는 형태로, 살이 매우 부드럽고 연하고 사각 찬합 우나쥬 형태로 제공된다고 해요~ 부드럽기 때문에 보통 통째로 올려주고 먹을 때 잘라 먹는다고 하네요~

관서식은 찌지 않고 굽기만 해서 겉바속촉하고 마부시 형태라고 해요~ 잘게 잘라서 나오는 걸 마부시라고 한다고 해요~ 나고야식은 관서식 기반에 고명, 오차즈케와 함께 먹는 방식이 추가된 방식이에요~ 히츠마부시가 대표적인 나고야식 장어덮밥이라고 합니다~

장어는 두툼하니 소스가 잘 배어 있었고 찬합 가득 올려져 나왔는데 와사비만 올려서 먹어도 좋고 밥 위에 올려서 밥과 함께 먹어도 좋더라고요~

그냥 먹는 건 장어 풍미와 간이 잘 느껴져서 좋았고 밥이랑 먹으면 또 담백하니 맛있더라고요~ 장어 한 마리 양이 꽤 많아서 밥이랑 같이 먹으니 엄청 배가 불렀어요~

같이 나온 차완무시도 엄청 부드러워서 빨대로도 먹을 수 있을 것 같더라고요~ 가장 아래에 새우도 한 마리 귀엽게 들어가 있었어요~

함께 제공되는 샐러드도 참깨 맛 가득 좋았고 국도 자연송이가 들어 있어서 향긋했어요~ 후식으로는 아이스크림을 주셨는데 컵에 주는 게 아닌 막대바더라고요~ 말차, 홍차 하나씩 시켜서 먹어봤는데 둘 다 맛있었어요~
