어퍼앤언더는 1층, 2층으로 자리가 나뉘어 있고 야외 테라스 자리도 있어서 생각보다 공간 선택지가 있었어요. 강남 쪽 카페들은 예뻐도 막상 들어가면 자리가 너무 다닥다닥 붙어 있는 곳이 꽤 있잖아요.

제가 갔을 때는 평일 낮이었고 마침 날씨까지 좋아서 테라스가 제일 눈에 들어왔음. 햇빛 들어올 때 여기서 디저트 사진 찍으니까 진짜 잘 나오더라고요.

여기는 케이크만 있는 게 아니라 까눌레나 휘낭시에 같은 구움과자 종류도 꽤 다양해서 디저트 고르는 재미가 있는 편이에요. 저는 원래 카페 가도 디저트 하나 정도만 고르는 편인데 여긴 결국 두 개 집어옴.

이건 크림 좋아하면 추천. 처음에는 크림이 올라가 있어서 한 잔 다 마시면 살짝 느끼할 수도 있겠다 싶었는데 오히려 단맛보다 고소한 맛이 먼저 느껴지는 쪽이었어요. 크림 자체도 무겁게 입안에 남는 스타일이 아니고 아래 말차랑 같이 마시면 쌉싸름한 맛이 섞이면서 단맛이 확 눌리는 느낌!!

특히 오트 특유의 고소함이 있어서 그냥 달달한 말차라떼 느낌이랑은 조금 달랐어요. 저는 오히려 이런 크림 음료는 달고 느끼하면 반 정도 마시고 물리는데 이건 끝까지 무난하게 마심. 크림 들어간 메뉴 고민 중이면 저는 말차크림 오트라떼부터 먹어볼 것 같아요.

## 더블바닐라 까눌레와 무화과케이크

더블바닐라 까눌레. 겉면이 꽤 진하게 구워져 있어서 케이크랑은 또 다른 고소한 맛이 있었어요.

그리고 어퍼앤언더는 개인적으로 음료보다 디저트 맛집이 맞음!! 무화과케이크부터 비주얼이 제대로였음. 위에 무화과가 큼직하게 올라가 있고 크림도 넉넉해서 사진만 보면 꽤 묵직해 보이는데 생각보다 느끼하지않음.

저는 생크림 많은 케이크 먹다 보면 뒤로 갈수록 조금 버거울 때가 있는데 이건 무화과랑 같이 먹으니까 생각보다 깔끔하게 들어갔음.

## 신논현역 디저트 카페 찾는다면

어퍼앤언더는 처음에는 그냥 공간 예쁜 강남역 카페 정도로 생각하고 갔는데 먹어보니 저는 디저트 쪽 만족도가 훨씬 높았어요. 특히 평일 낮에 가니까 커피 마시면서 여유 있게 있기 좋았고 날씨 좋을 때 테라스 자리까지 이용할 수 있는 것도 마음에 들었음🩵
