Mình gỡ miếng dán và lớp niêm phong bảo vệ rồi dùng. Bao bì có thiết kế toàn màu đen, còn sản phẩm bên trong mang sắc xám.

Kết cấu đặc hơn mình nghĩ. Ngay cả khi so với cleansing balm than hoạt tính (sáp làm sạch) mình vẫn dùng trước đó, bên sữa rửa mặt tạo bọt này cũng cho cảm giác đặc hơn.

Lấy ra tay rồi thêm nước là bọt nổi lên ngay, thoa lên mặt rất mềm. Bọt lên nhiều nên lúc rửa mặt dùng cũng thấy thích nữa.
