店铺在1楼，很容易找到。走进去之后，没有沉闷的空气，反而感觉整洁清爽。

内部空间不算特别宽敞，但干净整齐。一侧有隔墙分区，作为聚餐或聚会场所也不错。

我们选的菜品——辣味十足的直火辣猪蹄和软嫩的白切肉，还有猪蹄不可缺少的荞麦冷面都上桌了。这家店坚持每天进国产二级生猪蹄、当天煮当天卖的原则，所以光泽格外好。

直火辣猪蹄配有年糕和辣椒一起端上来，光看就觉得辣，白切肉看起来软嫩多汁。

白切肉配上一起端来的泡菜吃会更美味。个人觉得泡菜不会太辣也不会太寡淡，很合我的口味。

接着荞麦冷面也一起上桌了。果然在店里现吃，面条没有变硬，很满意。

因为想吃辣，我先吃了猪蹄。一入口，愉悦的炭火香扩散开来，紧接着是提振食欲的辣味。完全没有腥味，猪皮Q弹，瘦肉也不柴，让人筷子停不下来。
