刷YouTube时突然像被吃神点化一样，超级想吃普帕蓬咖喱（푸팟퐁커리）……于是去了圣水洞这家泰国菜好店Soi Nana（소이나나）。

要是太本地化，可能会因为香料而吃得不太自在；Soi Nana却是很合韩国人口味的泰国菜好店。在圣水洞就能出发去的最近泰国，ㅎㅅㅎ

## 圣水洞遇见的东南亚氛围

这里到底是圣水洞，还是泰国呀。

店里还有户外桌，那种正正好好的东南亚异国感也太合我心意了🌴 天气好、微风轻轻吹的时候，在户外桌吃普帕蓬咖喱、越式烤肉米线（분짜）和米线这类泰国菜，感觉就像来旅行了一样☀️ 两只可爱的水豚，是户外桌位置的魅力所在。

窗边景观才是亮点。打开的折窗很通透，适合享受异国氛围。这个位置据说也能带宠物犬🐶 不过猛犬可能会受限，务必提前确认！

## 预约后用平板点的菜

我提前做了Naver预约，到店时都已经布置好了。餐具也是一次性包装，卫生又让人安心。小盘子和水杯也很可爱。

每桌都有平板，可以直接点单。我点了米线、越式烤肉米线和普帕蓬咖喱！Soi Nana很有名的是搭配炸蟹壳一起吃的普帕蓬咖喱，真的推荐一定试试！

## 牛胸肉米线

这汤根本就是补药。浓厚鲜香，却不咸，所以吃着毫无负担。里面还有小白菜、蒜片和豆芽配料。

牛胸肉也厚实软嫩，口感很好。低温久煮出的软嫩牛胸肉给得满满当当，太喜欢了。还可以加香菜，香菜爱好者请尖叫一下～🌴💚 我超喜欢米线里加满香菜，香喷喷的，哈哈。加点香菜会另外装一份，分享着吃也方便。

## 连蔬菜春卷都有的越式烤肉米线

去东南亚旅行时，除了汤米线，最好吃的食物之一就是越式烤肉米线；Soi Nana的这份也分量足、搭配很不错。还有蔬菜春卷，能顺便尝到炸物，赚到啦。

把酸甜酱倒进米线里拌匀，再配炭烤肉和蔬菜一起吃，就是超好吃的组合💚 蔬菜也很新鲜，酸爽的米线特别开胃。和汤米线又是另一种魅力。清新酸甜的米线配上满满炭火香的肉，很有异国料理的感觉，吃得很满足。

## 配炸蟹吃的普帕蓬咖喱

这就是用大碗端上来的、圣水洞泰国菜好店Soi Nana的普帕蓬咖喱。足足有1.5人份，分量宽裕这点我很喜欢。浓郁奶油感咖喱酱的稠度也正合心意。

还会配上撒了蒜片的米饭。炸蟹酥脆又浓郁，蘸着普帕蓬咖喱酱吃，软滑又超级好吃！和普通咖喱确实不一样，口感柔和，螃蟹的鲜味也格外突出💛 椰奶与鸡蛋的柔和味道和咖喱特别搭。我本来就喜欢咖喱，如果还没吃过普帕蓬咖喱，务必来圣水洞泰国菜好店Soi Nana试一次呀，ㅎㅅㅎ
