结束婚礼礼服试穿后突然特别想吃肉，找着找着发现了初烤屋（초벌집，Chobeoljip）压鸥亭罗德奥店。这里还能感受露天大排档的氛围，等天气再凉一点，感觉会非常热闹呢。

这是压鸥亭罗德奥新开的热门餐厅初烤屋。广津区和南杨州也有分店，不过这里自带露天大排档的感觉，周五下班后或周末来，氛围应该会更好。我去的时候天气还有点热，所以坐在了里面的桌位。

## 机器人初烤与点餐方式

店里有会烤肉的机器人。它负责把肉初步烤得香香的，放到烤盘上再稍微烤一下就行，吃饭轻松多了。

这是基本摆盘，盐、芥末和包饭酱都不用共用，每人一份，这点很不错。

包肉菜有苏子叶和生菜两种，也会一起上泡菜、豆芽和腌制小菜。

我们三个人来，先点了带骨五花肉。贴着骨头的肉其实格外好吃，不是吗？

泡菜也被店员切成方便入口的大小，再帮我们烤好。

机器人会以合适的温度和手法完成初烤，所以感觉放到烤盘上很快就熟了。第一盘肉店员全程帮我们烤好，后来加点的肉则是我们自己烤的。
