在马林城附近纠结午餐吃什么时，偶然发现了一家中餐厅，今天就来聊聊这次经历！大家有没有在能看海的街区里，为了吃一碗炸酱面而到处找店的经历呢？哈哈，我也是这样。

深厨房中餐海洋城店位于马林城3路上，是一家中餐厅。提到马林城，大家可能先想到咖啡店或早午餐店，但你知道吗，这个街区其实还藏着一家不错的中餐厅，名字就叫深厨房，光是名字就挺特别的！给人的感觉不像普通中餐馆，而更像是一间风格精致的餐厅空间。

因为周边有不少写字楼和公寓，午餐时段有很多上班族光顾。我平日中午12点半左右到店时，座位已经坐了一半。菜单里既有熟悉的中式菜品，也有一些略显新颖的搭配，选择面相当广。

深厨房中餐海洋城店的位置在马林城内交通也算方便。距离海景咖啡街只有几分钟步行路程，即使不开车也能轻松找到。开车前往的话，可以利用周边公共停车场或建筑物停车位，不过午餐时段车位会比较难找。

店内是白色调装修，灯光柔和，作为一家中餐厅来说氛围相当现代，完全不同于常见的红灯笼或花哨装饰。

桌间距也比较宽敞，不会太在意旁边的谈话声。坐在靠窗座位还能顺便欣赏外面的风景，无论是一个人来还是和同事一起来都是不错的选择。不过热门座位很快就会被坐满，建议早点前往。

那天我点了溏心蛋炸酱面、油淋鸡、牛肋条牛肉炒码面饭三样！一个人吃分量确实有点多，但我这个人对感兴趣的菜非要全部尝一遍才甘心，哈哈，还是贪心了一把。

溏心蛋炸酱面一打开盖子，蛋黄咕噜一下破开的画面就很有冲击力。把溏心蛋拌进炸酱酱汁里，比一般炸酱面吃起来更软滑、更香浓。炸酱特有的黏腻感减少了不少，多了一份奶香般的顺滑口感，感觉是一种全新的风格。

油淋鸡的炸物部分很酥脆，上面淋的酸甜酱汁化解了油腻感，让人忍不住一直夹。以前在别的地方吃过的油淋鸡，酱汁太甜，吃几口就吃不下去了，但这里的酸味保留得恰到好处，一直吃到最后都很满足。

牛肋条牛肉炒码面饭的汤底浓郁辛辣，和一般海鲜炒码面确实有明显不同的深厚滋味。可能是牛肉高汤打底的缘故，辣中带着厚重的风味，配着米饭吃下去，一顿饭吃得很扎实。三道菜各有个性鲜明，如果几个人一起去分着吃应该是很棒的搭配。
