而且，当难以只选一种生鱼片时，拼盘组合真的很棒。想吃比目鱼，也想吃石斑鱼，三文鱼也不想放弃，三种一次都能吃到，点菜就轻松多了。

尤其是多人一起去生鱼片店时，大家口味都不太一样。有人喜欢比目鱼，有人喜欢石斑鱼，还有人最爱三文鱼，三种一起上桌，各自挑自己喜欢的吃，这也是一大优点。

## 先来一片比目鱼~

最先下筷的果然是比目鱼。ㅎ 比目鱼清爽又有嚼劲的口感很吸引人，个人去吃生鱼片时经常点这种鱼。抹一点芥末，蘸点酱油，果然还是那种弹牙的比目鱼^^

生鱼片本身味道不重，一开始吃很顺口，吃多片也不腻，这大概就是比目鱼的优点。有时用生菜包着吃，有时只抹点芥末吃，各种吃法都试了一遍。

## 石斑鱼确实嚼劲更好

接下来是石斑鱼。虽然和比目鱼一样是白身鱼，但两种交替吃能明显感觉到口感差异。石斑鱼比比目鱼更弹更有嚼劲，喜欢有嚼劲生鱼片的人应该会很喜欢。

吃一片比目鱼再吃一片石斑鱼比较着吃也挺有意思的。个人找首尔生鱼片美食店时比较看重生鱼片的厚度和口感，比目鱼和石斑鱼一起点能感受到各自的差异，这点很不错。
