老实说，本来以为酱油酱汁吃多了会腻，结果完全没有……青阳椒才是神来之笔。把鸡肉撕下来，配上一颗青阳椒一起吃，那股辣味把尾韵收得干净利落。鸡肉也完全没有腥味，软嫩多汁。而且里面的年糕分量也不少，把酱汁吸得饱饱的，软糯有嚼劲，特别美味。

因为分量太多，最后还是打包收尾……剩下的酱汁倒掉实在太可惜了，店家很利落地帮忙装进打包盒！订了德山Splash Resom或附近住处的朋友，强烈建议在办理入住前先打包带走！这道菜不是汤汁很多的汤类，而是收汁的炒菜风格，装车带走也完全不用担心漏汤，回住处洗漱完再开一罐冰啤酒配着吃，简直是天堂组合……就算凉了也完全没有鸡腥味，酱汁的鲜香一点不减，真的超好吃。
