现在天气舒缓了不少，早晚吹起来的风都带着凉意呢哈哈，秋天终于要来了吗..!!!

天气也变好了，心情也不错，想跟王土豆一起找找气氛好的西餐厅，结果发现了

「Plate」！之前和朋友们去过在仙化洞的Plate，没想到屯山也开了分店!! 因为记得那时候吃得很满意，就决定这次去屯山店看看！

## Plate屯山店的位置和停车

位于Galleria百货后侧！我们本来是要去Galleria有事，所以把车停在了Galleria，不过Plate自家建筑也是可以使用地下停车场的！

氛围干净利落的Plate！午餐时间去的，阳光照进来，整体气氛明亮又舒服哈哈。我们是没预约直接去的，找位子的时候环顾了一下，发现已经有不少预约席了！看来已经是很受欢迎的地方了哈哈

最近正打算开始张罗婚礼请柬聚会，看到这里的时候觉得在这儿办也不错，喜欢的程度到了这个地步哈哈

店内一角有专门存放牛排、意面用肉类的冰箱哈哈，肉看起来质量很好，感觉不管做成什么都会好吃哈哈

- 第一步！看菜单，选套餐、意面种类和配菜、饮料等等。
- 第二步！挑选意面面条。先在生面和干面中选一种，再从中按面条的宽度、厚度挑一个编号即可。这样就点完啦!!

我们点的是牛排奶油拉古意面和鲍鱼卵黄奶油意面，面条分别选了5号和4号哈哈

我们点的菜!! 出餐速度比想象中快很多。

第一道端上来的是鲍鱼卵黄奶油意面!! 鲍鱼内脏混入奶油酱中，带出浓郁香气的意面！

价格并不算贵，本来没抱太大期待，结果意面上竟然放了整只鲍鱼!!

最近本来就一直想吃鲍鱼黄油煎，好像放了两三只整只鲍鱼，算是替代满足了一把哈哈。鲍鱼也很软嫩好吃哈哈

面条选了4号。推荐是5号面，但比起宽面我觉得像刀削面粗细的更合适，就选了4号，结果和奶油酱特别搭，刚刚好!! 非常正确的选择哈哈

## 牛排奶油拉古意面——5号面与柔嫩牛肉

接下来是牛排拉古意面!! 点菜时纠结过的菜之一，结果王土豆一口咬定就要吃这个哈哈，果然我们很有默契哈哈哈

牛排拉古意面正如菜名所写，面上盖着整块牛排！本来还有点担心会不会老，结果真的非常非常软嫩!!!

肉的分量也给得很足，忍不住想这个价格真的很划算??!!

牛排拉古意面选了5号面。5号面比4号更宽，能挂上满满的奶油酱，一口就能充分感受到面条的口感！酱里还加了不少肉末，想一口同时吃到酱、肉末和面的话，选5号面会更合适！

屯山洞新开的餐厅Plate!! 最近正因为婚礼请柬聚会到处物色餐厅，这里氛围好、味道也好，觉得非常适合作婚礼请柬聚会的场地！约会和家庭聚餐也很不错的Plate！如果在屯山洞找西餐好店，非常推荐！
