去文井站吃了顿扎实的锅饭，来到了深山锅饭（고메무이）松坡文井店！在找文井站美食的时候，发现这家锅饭菜单看起来很丰富，就去尝试了一下ㅎㅎ 点了牛排锅饭和春季野菜天然鲷鱼锅饭各一份，吃了个遍ㅎㅎ

入口处放了菜单牌，进店前就能先看看有哪些菜品。不过入口的纸质菜单是旧版本，所以我把最新菜单也一起附上了。

## 店内氛围与座位

走进店里，有单人座、多人桌等各种座位类型。不仅有普通桌椅座位，靠厨房那边还设有吧台形式的座位。

## 春季野菜天然鲷鱼锅饭的吃法

鲷鱼锅饭要把鲷鱼肉弄碎后与米饭均匀拌匀，再盛到碗里吃。把饭盛出后的锅里倒入热茶盖上盖子，就能做出锅巴。说明卡上写着酱料一次倒太多会太咸，要一点点加着调味。另外还写了可以用海苔包着吃，或搭配一起端上来的明太子和籽酱吃ㅎㅎ

打开锅盖一看，饭上放着两大块鲷鱼肉。下面铺着春季野菜和切碎的小葱，还撒了不少芝麻。

按照说明卡上写的方法，用勺子把鲷鱼肉弄碎。为了让鲷鱼、野菜和米饭均匀混合，在锅里充分拌匀了！

按说明所写，酱料没有一次倒完，而是一点点加着拌。先原味吃了一下，中间也偶尔用海苔包着吃。

一起端上来的明太子和籽酱也放在饭上一起吃了！明太子和腌渍物没有想象中那么咸，所以我放得比较多ㅎㅎ

## 牛排锅饭要配蛋黄一起吃

牛排锅饭也附有专用说明卡。方法是把锅里的饭和蛋黄跟牛排一起均匀拌匀，再盛到碗里吃。这道菜同样可以在盛出饭后的锅里倒入热水盖上盖子做成锅巴。据说酱料也不要一次全倒进去，要一点点加着拌。

牛排锅饭上放着切得大块的肉、蛋黄、小葱和芝麻。旁边还加了蒜片，跟鲷鱼锅饭的搭配明显不同。

按照说明把蛋黄戳破后，把牛排和米饭均匀混合。因为牛排切得比较大块，拌完饭后还留有几块完整的肉！

## 最后是锅巴收尾

快吃完的时候打开盖子一看，温热的锅巴已经做好了。感觉我吃锅饭好像就是为了吃这个锅巴ㅎㅎ
