今天要介绍的是，只要喜欢面包，真的一定要去一次的坡州云井美食——布朗热里坦云井总店（블랑제리 탄 운정본점）！我平时就是超级爱面包的人，听说哪里面包好吃还会特地找去 :) 据说布朗热里坦使用自家培养的天然酵母、有机面粉和法国面粉，不加改良剂、乳化剂、防腐剂、色素等人工添加物，以低温熟成14小时以上的方式制作面包！尤其是巧克力法棍和无花果奶油奶酪法棍，是我吃过后完全沦陷的菜单！！！这家店我真的懂为什么这么多人来！

布朗热里坦云井总店是一家位于坡州云井一带、专做外带的面包店。

### 停车

很多人会开车来，使用Palm Star Tower地下停车场可免费停车2小时。要注意的是，它和Palm Mart不是同一栋楼！一定要使用Palm Star Tower的地下停车场比较好。只是来买个面包，停车时间也很充裕，开车来很方便 :) 

## 外带店铺与下午售罄

布朗热里坦云井总店不是像咖啡厅一样可以坐下来吃的地方，而是专做外带的店铺。所以店内本身不算大，但客人真的一直进来！

我工作日下午2点左右到访，比想象中已经有不少面包卖完了。里面感觉一直在做面包，但刚出炉就很快卖掉，哈哈。尤其是热门品项，下午去可能完全见不到。所以如果有特别想买的面包，无条件推荐早点来！

## 巧克力法棍与无花果奶油奶酪法棍

试了好几种，我敢拍胸脯推荐的是巧克力法棍 + 无花果奶油奶酪法棍！这两样真的一定要吃吃看。完全绝了。

还有无花果奶油奶酪法棍也真的超好吃 :) 这是因为太好吃，我买来吃了两次的菜单。酥脆又有嚼劲的法棍里塞满了奶油奶酪，还放了无花果干，每一口都有很棒的咀嚼口感。

无花果的甜味、奶油奶酪的柔和滋味，加上法棍清爽有嚼劲的口感，全都能一起感受到，搭配真的太好了。

## 适合马上吃的普朗

我还一起吃了普朗（플랑）。它和法棍类完全不同，是柔软甜点的感觉，很适合配一杯浓咖啡。刚买来就吃时真的酥得掉渣，里面的馅料又香又好吃 : )
