女更衣室先把衣物放进储物柜，再挑选适合自己尺码的护理服穿上。钥匙就放在换好的衣服口袋里，很方便。

全部采用预约制运营，取消预约需在4小时前进行，如果是上午的护理，需在前一天下午6-7点前取消，否则技师的工资会受到影响，所以如果要取消，最好提前告知一下，互相体谅一下比较好。

我接受的是运动按摩60分钟，采用干式手法，对背部、腰部、骨盆和腿部进行了全身按摩。按摩过程中有点疼，但做完之后身体明显轻松了很多，累积的疲劳感也消失了。而且如果我说哪里疼，技师会根据情况调整力度，非常贴心，很感谢。
