牛肉汤河粉建议原味吃。炸鱼卷粉（차까라보엉）我还没吃过，很好奇，麻烦大家替我尝尝。

店铺正旁边有两三个停车位。缺点大概是外观太漂亮了，让人对内部装修抱有过高期待？哈哈。不过内部其实还算普通。

## 做完crossfit后突然很想吃河粉

我在仁溪洞那边开始训练。运动结束后感觉肌肉酸痛要来了，特别想喝一碗热腾腾的河粉。亚洲大学附近有一家新开的（推测）越南餐厅，店铺氛围看起来不错，就选了这家。

哈哈因为是晚上，忘了拍店铺照片了 ㅠㅠ 店铺外观很用心地打造出越南当地的感觉。不是照片拍得好，是真的长这样。

介绍页面主页放着一位这么漂亮的女性照片，我还以为是请了模特，结果一进门就有位长得一模一样的人来接待我们，当场愣住了哈哈哈哈。看来是老板自己化了妆、做了发型、穿上传统服饰实现自我价值，顺便还省了模特费。太赚了。员工都是外国人，让本来对河粉没抱太大期待的我，一下子期待值飙升 😌

## 停车和菜单

停车位也有两三个，用起来很方便。

意外的是卖越南三明治（반미）的越南餐厅并不多，这里有反米，还有第一次听说的炸鱼卷粉（차까라보엉）之类的菜品。我这个人只要看到authentic的菜品，尤其是东南亚食物，基本都会挑战一下，但一起去的朋友比较挑食，只能选了保守款。炸鱼卷粉……你到底是谁……长什么样呢……

原来如此。下次去一定要……毕竟作为独居的人，平时很难吃到鱼。

## 牛肉拌米线大份和加肉

刚做完crossfit就直接吃碳水，多少有点罪恶感，所以加了肉。牛肉拌米线好像也点了大份。

这个是牛肉拌米线！左边那个棕色的是酱汁。可以按自己喜好淋多少，甜咸酸的味道虽然有点陌生，但感觉会很对喜欢猪排酱的理工科男生的口味 ㅋㅋㅠ 我这研究室口味鉴定师……本来也不想这么了解你们的……

因为分量很大，怕先坨掉，所以先吃了牛肉汤河粉

看到米线透明的样子了吗？完全吸满了汤头的味道，熟度刚刚好，真的到了可以'吸溜'吃的程度。汤头像牛骨汤一样非常comforting，很治愈的味道ㅠㅠ 所以我先把那碗神志不清地干掉了。米线也很完美，简直是无可挑剔的理想版越南河粉。米线真心强烈推荐。啊，写着写着博客，感觉下次运动完还要再来一个人吃。

吃完饭把食谱照片发给crossfit老师，加肉这件事得到了认可 ㅎㅎ 不过其实汤才是最棒的ㅠ 这不算不好吧 ㅡㅡ
