这次去的是在利川可以吃到特别烤肉的一家店！就是「正室长家红肉（정실장네빨간고기）」～为了在利川享受周五的放松时光，在汽车站附近找美食店时发现的地方，光是名字就叫「红肉」，让人超级好奇ㅠㅠ 现在开始写探店后记 :)

走进正室长家红肉店内，气氛比想象中舒适，空间虽然不大但桌数很多，感觉不用等位就能吃上！我们下班就直接过来，去的时候客人还不多，但吃着吃着客人就涌进来了ㅎㅎㅎ

正室长家红肉可以1人份点餐。本来还担心是不是要点2人份以上，但老板非常亲切地告诉我们可以各点1人份，正合我们的计划！第一次来这家店有很多想问的，老板也都亲切地一一解释，从点餐到上菜的整个过程都让人心情很好，用餐全程心情超棒...!

## 基本小菜：水泡菜、蔬菜包菜、鸡蛋卷、葱丝

正室长家红肉的基本小菜有水泡菜、生菜包菜、鸡蛋卷、各类泡菜和葱丝。小菜一样样陆续端上来，这个水泡菜真的太好吃了。吃肉吃到一半来一口，感觉味觉马上被重置了

泡菜和葱丝也上齐了，基本小菜全部到位。小菜份量太实在，肉还没上桌之前我们就吃得很起劲ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

## 红肉圆饼（동그랑땡）是什么肉？炭火烤出来什么味道

老板告诉我们红肉圆饼是切成圆形的猪颈肉。炭火一上来肉也一起端上来了。这就是我一直好奇的红生五花肉和红肉圆饼！和普通烤肉不一样，因为裹着红色调味料，就算还没烤，外观也明显不同。

烧酒也点了，认真开始烤 :) 也许是炭火的缘故，肉一放上去那香味……那香味……真的从香气开始就完全不一样。看来肉果然还是要炭火烤才是原味啊……因为是已调味的肉，烤的时候要注意翻面别烤焦

烤得恰到好处的红生五花肉和红肉圆饼！也许是因为酱料没放辣椒酱，辣味没有想象中强烈。反而先感觉到淡淡的调味味道，再加上炭火香，和一般的烤肉又是不一样的味道 :)

## 开业赠送的大酱汤，再加一碗米饭

吃着肉不知不觉端上来的大酱汤，老板说这是开业服务赠送的ㅠㅠㅠ喝一口就想「啊……这真的要点米饭了」，于是追加了一份米饭（1,500韩元）
